The Agreement, in Plain Words.

These terms govern your use of the Vision website and the founding planner beta. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you have a Vision account, the agreement you accepted when you signed up applies to your use of the platform itself.

Vision is built for professionals who plan, host or supply events. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement. If you use Vision for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms.

• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the people you invite.

The clients, files, contracts and messages you add belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Vision for you. You are responsible for having the right to share your clients’ and guests’ information with the platform and for how you use it.

Please do not use Vision to:

• Break the law or the rights of others.
• Send spam, harass people or share harmful material.
• Try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Interfere with the service or probe it for weaknesses without our permission.

The program. Vision Notifications is the text message program of Vision. If you give us a mobile number and tick the consent box on one of our forms, we may send you non-marketing text messages about your inquiry, your application, appointment coordination, confirmations and reminders, service updates and customer support. Consent is optional. It is not a condition of using Vision, of applying to the founding beta, or of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL also work. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and no more. To opt back in, reply START, tick the consent box again, or contact us.

Help. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or email Support@myeventvision.com.

Carriers and privacy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and your consent are handled as described in our privacy policy, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. Founding members keep the pricing they agreed at sign up for as long as their membership continues without a break. Card payments between you and your clients are processed by our payment provider, and their terms apply to those payments.

The platform is still growing. Features may change, improve or occasionally be unavailable. We will do our best to keep your data safe and tell you about meaningful changes, but the beta is offered as it is.

Vision, its design, software and brand belong to us and our licensors. You may use them to run your business while you are a member. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.

We work hard to keep Vision reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it.

You can stop using Vision at any time and ask us to export or delete your information. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. We will tell you why when we can.
