You can import guest lists and vendor lists by CSV. Vision maps your columns automatically, so you do not have to re-enter anything by hand, and you can export your lists again at any time.
Steps
- 1Export your list from your spreadsheet as a CSV file.
- 2Choose to import from the relevant list: guests for an event, or your vendors.
- 3Check the column matches Vision suggests and correct any that are wrong.
- 4Confirm the import and review the list.
Seating charts
If your guest list already carries seating information, the AI seating import can read it and place guests for you, so a chart is not rebuilt from scratch.
